Are you a Skilled Production Operative or FLT Driver looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience working in the manufacturing industry? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of their client Stellantis, Vauxhall, a leading automotive manufacturing company based in Ellesmere Port. They are looking for multiple experienced Production Operative and FLT drivers to join their team starting in November. As an essential part of operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production runs smoothly.

Basic pay of £14.04 per hour for FLT, and £14.29 per hour for Production Operative, with added shift allowance for rotational work.

Shift allowance ranges from 11% - 18.44%

Over time Saturday Time and half , Sunday Double Time

Hours: must be flexible across different shift (Apply online only) , (Apply online only), (Apply online only) Monday to Friday or Day shift (Apply online only) M- Thurs (Must be flexible for any as shifts are subject to change at anytime for business needs)

Key Duties

Working on a fast paced moving assembly line

Assembling various parts on to vehicles

Checking part quality prior to shipping

Moving of pressed panels to rails

Working on feet all day with lifting involved

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, Automotive desirable.

Flexible to work either rotating shift pattern of Days / Afternoons and Nights, or direct Days only as our production runs 24/7- Shifts and departments can change with business needs, so Must be flexible for all.

Transport to be able to get to and from site as no public transport will accommodate the shift pattern or locationIn addition to this, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work well as part of a team and independently. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also key attributes we are looking for in a candidate.

In return we offer

£14.29 Per Hour Basic Production and £14.04 Basic FLT, with added shift allowance on top
