Randstad is currently looking for Production Operative in Ashford, TN25 4AQ.

Job title: Production Operative

Job type: Temporary – Ongoing

Pay rate: 11.44 per hour

Location: Ashford, TN25 4AQ

Shifts are Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday's).

Shift timings: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, Friday's: 06:00–12.30, 12:30–19:00

Responsibilities:

Handling and monitoring machines daily to ensure that the line is running smoothly, with accuracy and attention to detail and keeping to schedule.Working on the production line, ensuring high quality from start to finish.Working as part of a Production Team to directly contribute to the manufacture of world–famous cosmetic products.Working within our clean and partly automated factory with equipment that is constantly evolving.Achieve optimum performance of the equipment and the highest quality of product.

Previous experience in a similar role/industry would be highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be givenAttention to detail is imperativeTo be able to thrive as part of a teamUse initiative whilst workingThe ability to operate and control equipment (training will be given)The ability to follow instructions and production schedules preciselyThe ability to act quickly if a problem arisesEligibility to work in the UK, with a good level of English Language comprehension
