Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for their busy manufacturing client on a temporary–to–permanent basis in Runcorn.

This company recognises the importance of its people and is committed to the training and development of Operators; this could include progression to permanent Operator, Technical Operator and Line Manager level roles.

Job role will include:

Weighing out of ingredients

Machine operating

Completion of paperwork

Following SOPS to ensure the product is made to strict company procedures

Quality Checking

Hygiene duties

Packing

Palletising

Requirements:

Manual handling experience

Health and safety awareness

Good communication skills

A hands–on, can–do attitude

Previous production experience, preferably in an FMCG environment

Previous experience of HACCP would be a distinct advantage

The company operates a rotational 3 shift pattern:

6am – 2pm

2pm – 10pm

10pm – 6am

39–hour basic working week with all breaks paid

The rate of pay:

Between 13.47 per hour and 14.21 per hour dependant upon job role

Overtime payable at enhanced rates from 18.74 – 28.42 per hour
