Position: Production Operative

Location: Kettering

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Kettering.

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Production Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment efficientlyFollow production schedules and quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsRequirements:

Strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work in a fast–paced environmentPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus, but not essential
