We are recruiting an experienced production operative for a client based in Halesfield. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-1pm. Temp to perm.

Responsibilities

* Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.

* Assemble components and products according to specifications.

* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

* Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.

* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks.

* Assist in inventory management and stock control within the warehouse.

Suitable candidates must have the following experience:

* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

* Experience working as a production operative or in a similar role.

* Good problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming
