Job Overview:

facility in Stockport is at the heart of our operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our production

operations during designated shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing the production team (4 – 8 people depending on seasonality), ensuring that

all operations run smoothly and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality

and safety.

Role and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for all the manufacturing during the shift. The primary duties

include planning, coordinating and controlling all the steps in the production process to

make sure products are delivered on time and within a budget.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

 Managing production, ensure timely completion while adhering to correct

processes and procedures.

 Completing all shift paperwork.

 Supervising staff, including training, and monitoring quality and performance.

 Maintaining component stock levels in consultation with the purchasing team.

 Supporting the Head of Product by driving compliance and standards.

 Completing a full handover document for the next shift

 Building and maintaining a strong team.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek a candidate who is:

 Personable, confident, and tenacious.

 Experienced in manufacturing

 Willing to be hands-on, especially during high-demand periods.

 Robust and capable of supervising a team.

 Experienced in meeting production expectations and demands.

 To understand and be able to implement the disciplinary procedures if required.

 Excellent in communication and people skills.

 Organised, forward-thinking, and computer literate.

 Meticulous about maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and technical

compliance.

Requirements

 Strong background in manufacturing production – food/cosmetics/paints

 Proficient in safety protocols

 Experienced in Good Manufacturing Practices

 Effective communication skills in written and spoken English

 Computer literate for data entry and inventory management

GMP (required)

 Previous Supervisor or Team Leader (required)

 Manufacturing production: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)

 First Aid (preferred)

 Forklift (preferred)

Work Location: In person at our Stockport base. Please note we do not offer a

relocation package or overseas sponsorship. We do not use recruitment agencies.

 Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 1:30pm to 10.15pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year (dependent upon experience and completing

probationary period)
