Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lincolnshire

Salary: 40,000– 45,000 plus 10% bonus

A role has opened up for a talented and ambitious Production Manager to join an impressive company in the FMCG Sector. This role will be very challenging but also very rewarding and satisfying.

Part of your role will be to lead and coach your team to hit KPI's that already exist in the business and new ones that you will implement through strategic thinking which will help to maximise productivity. You will need to ensure that all production in your team is completed in a timely manner to cope with customer demand.

As part of the role your team will need to comply with the company's health and safety and quality procedures and policies. You will need to be at the forefront of leading the team through business growth and varying demands from large scale customers throughout the year, testing both your leadership and operational skills.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in a Production Manager role in an FMCG operation.

A strong leader and character with excellent communication skills who can engage with their team to drive performance levels.

Driven to progress to a senior leadership role in the company.

Proactive rather than reactive to resolve issues from arising.
