Clear Engineering are working alongside a manufacturer who have a global presence within the renewable energy sector! An exciting opportunity to work as a Production Manager where you will be responsible for the manufacturing facility and internal manufacturing processes.

This company are heavily involved in the UK's transition to a net zero economy and have a wide and diverse client portfolio within critical power generation infrastructure.

This division of the business specialises in the manufacturing department to assist and deliver assets for projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the operations of the Production & Test DepartmentManager the Production & Stores team towards continuous improvementManage and forecast labour requirements to meet production requirementsAssist in the preparation of annual budgetsWorking closely with the Head of Operations & Section ManagersBackground Required:

Experience managing a Manufacturing or Production team in a commercial environmentSix Sigma background in process analysis and improvementsStrong communication skillsAbility to work as a teamKnowledge/Experience of ERP Systems and logistics planningEngineering Degree or Equivalent qualification
