Production Administrator

Up to £28,500 DOE

Maidstone

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing company based in the Maidstone area who are looking for an enthusiastic Production Administrator to join their team. As a Production Administrator, you will be the glue between Sales and Production, ensuring that everything runs smoothly!

Duties include:

Creating production paperwork.

Processing orders.

Raising purchase orders and ensuring they match invoices.

Ordering materials from suppliers.

Ensuring materials are quality checked and up to standard before dispatch.

Dealing with queries regarding orders, lead times and dispatch dates.

Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when appropriate.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.

An understanding of production/manufacturing processes.

Strong administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills.

A meticulous attention to detail.
