Procurement Coordinator

Andover (Remote with occasional travel to the office)

6 Month fixed term contract

£26,000

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract.

As an integral member of the Procurement team, you will support with the on-going development and day to day activities of the Procurement operations and systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive and reliable contracts register

Maintain spend data records to identify and investigate above-limit and off-contract spend.

Undertake regular data cleansing, management, and standardisation activities.

Support preparation of regular reports for internal and external panels

Assist in the development of supplier and contract management activities

Support the administration of the approved supplier list and effectively collaborate with required stakeholders.

Deliver training for new users on Procurement

Develop and keep updated Procurement systems training material including user guides and manuals.

Identify and implement process improvements within existing Procurement systems

Requirements:

Previous experience of Procurement operations.

Administration and coordination experience working collaboratively with other internal or

external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Able to effectively engage with processes including following, managing, and improving.

Keen attention to detail.

Computer literate including competency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and

PowerPoint).

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
