Job Advertisement: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with Prison Clearance

Location: Staffordshire Area (3 prison sites)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: GBP30.50 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current prison clearance to work across three prison sites in and around the Staffordshire area. This is a full-time, on-site role providing essential mental health support to individuals in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality mental health care to inmates, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of inmates.Safely manage a caseload, adhering to prison protocols and procedures.Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant standards and regulations for prison healthcare. Requirements: Current RMN qualification with active registration.Valid prison clearance already acquired.Strong background in prison-based mental health services.Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to a secure setting.
