The Role.

We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead the growth of our White-Collar division, with the potential to step into a larger leadership role by 2025. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in white-collar construction, focusing on either permanent or freelance roles across Main Contractors and Residential projects. It requires someone with the ambition and determination to expand the desk and lead the division forward.

As an experienced recruiter, your expertise in managing candidate relationships and expanding the client base across Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and Berkshire will be invaluable.
