Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Company in the Stratford area that are looking for a brand new Pre–Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service skillsAble to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen, including risk management skills, reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders.Demonstrate collaboration and influencing skills, with key stakeholders.Computer literate, with previous experience in managing asset management data, excellent MS office skills.Good working knowledge of standard measured term partnering forms of contractGood understanding of regulatory compliance for fire risk managementExcellent understanding of all pre–construction activities for major works projects, specifications, tendering, design, planning, building regulations, CDM 2015 and leasehold consultationKnowledge in the field of Mechanical Services and engineeringAn understanding of the Building Safety ActEducated in a construction related course, minimum HNC/HND qualification or relevant experience.If this sounds like a role that suits your profile, then feel free to get in touch.
