Practice Manager - Therapeutic Fostering Agency

salary up to 46,350 per annum

NonStop Care is working with one of the national fostering providers in order to assist them with the recruitment for a Practice Manager who can join them on a 12 months permanent contract.

In this role, you will be part of a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating and with a very good reputation.

Responsibilities:

The Practice Manager will work closely with the Team Manager and will manage a team of Social Workers, Admin staff and the clinical psychologists. You will oversee the mainstream fostering service and the therapeutic fostering service.

The area covered includes Kent, Sussex, Surrey.

You will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Senior Supervising Social Worker, a Senior Practitioner or an Assistant Team Manager and if you have experience in fostering. You must have some management experience or experience in supervising staff and a very good understanding of the fostering regulations.

You will also have a Social Work degree and a driving licence.
