Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an award nominated Birmingham based law firm who are seeking a Polish speaking Residential Property Paralegal to join their Shirley office. POLISH SPEAKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE FLUENT IN WRITTEN & SPOKEN POLISH.

Please note this role is fully office based in Shirley and is not a hybrid or WFH role

Duties and tasks will include:

You will be responsible for assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining communication with the clients and mortgage brokers,

attending networking events,

preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process,

monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar,

submitting cases to the Land Registry.

You will also be answering calls, email and postal correspondence

This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will spend your time on the telephone updating the clients, brokers and estate agents.

You will learn the conveyancing process from A to Z.

Candidates wilcome to apply for the role will have the following:

Passionate about people and the Residential Property sector

Have the ability to speak and write or translate in Polish and English is desirable to be successful in this role.

An ambitious, motivated individual paralegal looking for a long-term career development.

You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.

Attention to detail and numeracy skills.

Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others

You will have gained experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property Team

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
