Plumber, Edinburgh, Salary from GBP35,000 to GBP37,000 per annum, Fuel card and Van provided + Overtime opportunities Available Paid at x1.5!

Plumber required to join a leading Facilities and Property Management company based in the Edinburgh area, working as a mobile role. The Plumber will be responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial sites, such as schools, hospitals and universities.

Benefits:

Salary up to GBP37,000 per annum. Van and fuel card provided by company. Overtime opportunities available, paid x1.5, Saturdays after 12 and Sunday s double time.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive preventive maintenance. Execute commercial and industrial projects, such as fitting pipes, installation. Working on commercial sites, including schools, hospitals and universities.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience on commercial/industrial projects. Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. Full UK drivers licence. If successful, PVG will be supplied.
