Job Advertisement: Remote Pharmacist IP Role

Location: Wales (Remote)

Salary: GBP35–GBP45 per hour

Contract: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 5 days a week

Are you an experienced Independent Prescribing (IP) Pharmacist looking for a flexible opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Remote Pharmacist IP to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical consultations and medication management.Conduct remote assessments and follow–up care.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Requirements:

GPhC registration and Independent Prescriber qualification.Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a pharmacy setting.Excellent communication and organizational skills. Benefits:
