We are seeking a versatile and highly organised individual to join our team as a Property Manager/PA

Job: Property Manager/PA

Location: Liverpool

Type: Full–Time

Key responsibilities for the Property Manager/PA role–

–Manage and oversee multiple let properties.

–Monitor directors emails and coordinate with ensure prompt and efficient response.

–Organise schedules and appointments.

–Handle administrative duties& document management.

–Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquires and issues.

–Manage team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are aligned with business goals.

Requirement for the Property Manager/PA role–

–Must have a valid driver s license and access to a car.

–Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

–Strong communication abilities.

–Experience in property management .
