We are looking to recruit a Personal Advisor.

The role is paying 16.50 per hour umbrella.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week.

Job details -

To ensure that young people leaving the care of the local authority are well prepared to do so and have support in place to make the move to adulthood successfully. To provide both emotional and practical support with housing issues, managing money, health and life skills. Staff need to be able to work flexibly and creatively. You will be working with a diverse group of young people in the community and so will need to be confident and able to work autonomously. Desirable -

Experience of recent direct work with young people (preferably care leavers) Knowledge of the statutory functions of the local authority in relation to care leavers and have excellent communication skills. Requirements -
