We are looking for an People Operations Manager for a 6 month FTC, to oversee the effective operation and continuous enhancement of the People Operations Team. In this role, you will lead a team of People Administrators in providing exceptional transactional and business support services throughout the entire employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in People Operations, working collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to create and deliver effective People Services. Regularly assess People processes to ensure they are appropriate and contribute to the successful implementation of people projects, including future system integrations. Identify areas for process improvement and enhanced service delivery, partnering with colleagues to implement necessary changes. Track trends and metrics to foster continuous improvement and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Oversee a team of 3 People Administrators, ensuring equitable workload distribution, effective capacity management, and compliance with excellence standards in their daily tasks. Work closely with colleagues in the People Services Team, the broader People Team, and external partners (e.g., Payroll and IT) to ensure smooth execution of processes and projects.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in People Operations or management. Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing team members. Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and employee life-cycle management. Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
