To be successful in this role of People Advisor we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of: 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Project management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
