Join our People & Culture Team as a People Advisor and play a key role in shaping our company culture.

As a People Advisor, your responsibilities will include delivering important people activities, providing guidance on people policies and leading recruitment campaigns. You will also be involved in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as engagement and wellbeing programmes to improve colleague satisfaction.

Positions Available30 hours per week - £21,081.08 - £21,891.89 per annum

15 hours per week - £10,540.54 - £10,945.95 per annum

Roles are based across Royal & Derngate, Northampton, and The Core at Corby Cube, NN17 1QG.

Job PurposeTo deliver key people activities for all employees across NAMT, Royal & Derngate (including Northampton Filmhouse), and The Core at Corby Cube.

Key Task AreasEffectively manage our computerised systems to organise and maintain all people activities, including recruitment, new starter's information, and employee personal details.Provide managers and colleagues with advice on people policies and procedures.Lead all recruitment campaigns with administrative support from the People Assistant.Act as the operational interface for colleague inductions, ensuring line managers have the resources and support to facilitate a consistent and effective welcome and training process for new team members.Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.Support the development and implementation of engagement and well-being initiatives to improve colleague satisfaction and foster a supportive working environment.For a full job description, please visit our website.
