Duties Security Concierge: Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism. Maintain access control and keep accurate records of entry and exit. Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals. Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly. Maintain logbooks and registers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Monitor visitors, ensuring they sign in/out as needed. Assist with visitor requests and provide information as necessary. Receive, process, and distribute mail deliveries. Conduct regular patrols of the building to ensure safety and security. Lock and unlock low barriers for deliveries. Send emails to clients and assist with administrative tasks as required. Essential Skills and Experience: Professional Appearance: Maintain a smart and professional demeanour to inspire confidence. Customer Service Orientation: Exhibit outstanding customer service at all times. Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proactive Mindset: Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to resolving concerns. SIA Licence: A valid SIA licence is essential for this role.
