Paralegal

Salary £22-28k FTE based on experience

Location: Farsley, Leeds LS28 – office based

Duration: 1-2 months (Immediate Start)

Full Time – minimum 4 days considered

About the Role:

Chef Works Europe Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal for a short-term contract of 1-2 months in their Leeds office. This role requires previous paralegal experience, strong analytical skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. Immediate start available, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading supplier in the hospitality industry

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Read through all existing contracts and categorize them (e.g., Uniform Supply Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.).Populate a DocuSign template with multiple fields for each contract.Identify and record all relevant dates, including commencement, renewal, price review, and termination dates.Work closely with our legal and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Skills/Experience required:

Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role is essential.Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document platforms is a plus.
