Job description

Revive Property renovates and carries out small maintenance jobs in void and tenanted rental properties.

You should be able paint, decorate and attend to associated tasks and general handyman / woman jobs.

Your work must be of a good standard and you should be mannerly, polite to colleagues and customers alike.

A driving licence is essential with own vehicle if available, or one can be provided.

An upbeat, can-do attitude and great problem solving skills are all preferred attributes with the ability to work wel within a team environment.

Package will depend on skillset & experience.

We can provide flexibility on hours and employed / self-employed (CIS).

* Type of work includes but is not limited to

Mainly painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork
Tiling
Silicone sealing
Fitting laminate flooring
Fixing window and door locks and handles
General maintenance duties
Preparation beforehand and Tidying up afterwards are non negotiable

You will be required to update details and images of the work you have completed before during and after, using the ServiceM8 app.

You will be required to liaise with tenants and landlords, to collect and return keys, you will have an excellent people skills.

Ideally candidate should live in or near Glasgow or be within easy commuting distance

Hours are flexible and can be part time or full time or a mix of both week to week, all properties we work in are empty, so can work around your lifestyle.

Applicants should be reliable, work to strict deadlines and have the ability to carry out small repairs as required to ensure a complete finish.

Rate of pay depends on experience.
