ROLE: Packing Operative

LOCATION: Wellingborough

HOURS OF WORK: 2pm-10pm

BASIC SALARY: £12.60 per hour

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 33 days holiday, pension.

Company Profile

Our client is seeking a Packing Operative to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. Assemble and pack products to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. You'll be working for a well-established manufacturing business with over 70 years of existence supplying the automotive and construction sector with high performing world class product for refinishing.

In this Packing Operative role, you will:

Assemble packaging components and pack finished goods

Replenish components on filling and packing lines

Operate packaging/filling equipment after training and demonstrating the required competence level

Record and monitor filling and packing data in terms of output and adherence to plan

Maintain an excellent standard of housekeepingTo be successful as a Packing Operative you must:

Physical dexterous, ability to work quickly, accurately and safely

Excellent communication
