Order Processor/Customer Service

Location: Elstree

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

About Our Client:

My client is seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Administrator to join their team in Elstree. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer support, excellent communication skills, and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do:

Process orders and maintain accurate records

Provide top-notch customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

Handle customer service inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and internal teams

Conduct sales analysis and provide reports to assist in decision-making

Collaborate with supply chain planning for efficient inventory management

What we're looking for:

Strong customer support and order processing experience are essential

Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
