The Role

As a Supply Chain Professional, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the Customer Operational requirements for our Saudi customer. You will be required to co-ordinate and deliver customer requirements within stringent timescales.

Interaction with key stakeholders across all business functions is integral to the role. You will be responsible for managing the expediting and delivery of the order book to the customer.

A good working knowledge of IFS APP7/ ERP system experience is desirable but training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role.

The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:

Order Book ManagementRaising of IEDB'sRaising of ordersExpediting orders

BAE Systems are looking for a candidate who is organised, has experience working with customers and has worked within a supply chain role previously.

Security Requirements: SC & ITAR

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction. If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible, please contact me to discuss.

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
