We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team based at Wellesbourne Distribution Park.

Position Details:

Role: Onsite Coordinator Pay Rate: GBP12.50 Type: Temp Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Key Responsibilities:

Handle agency-related administrative tasks such as maintaining records and preparing KPI reports Check in staff for their shifts and efficiently coordinate the workforce. Conduct site inductions for new personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their roles. Confidently communicate with candidates and clients, providing excellent service and support. Monitor productivity levels and proactively address any issues that may arise. Embrace a flexible problem-solving approach to meet tight deadlines within a professional environment. Requirements:
