Title: Occupational Hygienist

Location: London

Salary: 28/35k

We are seeking an Occupational Hygienist to join our established environmental consultancy in London. Our consultancy specialises in providing comprehensive testing, inspection, and certification services to organisations in the construction, infrastructure, and health and safety sectors. We are dedicated to delivering technical expertise and personalised guidance to our clients, enhancing their performance and helping them secure a competitive edge in the market.

The main responsibilities of the Occupational Hygienist position include conducting environmental assessments to evaluate health risks associated with noise and vibration. This involves documenting relevant procedures, providing information and training to stakeholders, recommending organisational changes to mitigate the impacts of noise and vibration, and using specialist equipment to measure environmental levels.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in science or a related technical discipline and be an accredited member of the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS). A methodical approach to work is essential and relevant experience in the field. The candidate must demonstrate reliability and diligence alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in commonly used Microsoft software and possession of a full UK driving licence are also required.
