Bright Selection are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager on behalf of an expanding group with a new home in East London. The home manager will play a key part in developing the service and working with the provider to establish it as a home of choice in the local area.

Our client is a high quality group with a successful portfolio of homes. They have excellent staff retention so this offers a rare opportunity to join them at this level.

Requirements:

Relevant professional qualification – L5 Diploma, NVQ L4, RMA or equivalentNursing qualification preferredProven track record in care home managementKnowledge of CQC legislation and guidelinesExperience of managing large teams of peopleStrong planning and organisational skillsGood budget management

Responsibilities:

Register with CQC as the Registered Home Manager Provide leadership in all aspects of the care home, promoting a culture of independence and person centred care. Ensure sustainable financial viability Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements Pro–actively promote your home as the home of choice in the local area

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:

up to 90,000 per annum
