Non-Executive Director - Investment The Role:

You ll be joining a strong Board, with existing NEDs from big hitters in the Tech space. As the new Non-Executive Director / Chief Investment Officer, you ll partner closely with the CEO to refine their technical vision, support strategic investment decisions, and drive growth.

Non-Executive Director - Investment Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to guide technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and staying ahead of market trends in AI and XR

- Investment Direction: Identify, evaluate, and recommend new investment opportunities that align with our vision, leveraging your expertise to scale the business

- Tech Vision: Support ongoing R&D and innovation initiatives, providing high-level guidance on product development, partnerships, and emerging tech adoption

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with potential investors, partners, and stakeholders, communicating the company s value proposition and growth trajectory

Non-Executive Director - Investment You:

- Passion for Technology: A deep understanding and love of emerging tech, particularly in AI, XR, and digital creative solutions

- Experience: Proven track record in investment, business development, or executive leadership within tech-driven sectors

- Visionary Leadership: Ability to navigate and forecast tech trends, balancing innovation with strategic growth
