Lead a dynamic team to ensure the delivery and enhance resident experience Drive operational excellence, overseeing portfolio performance, and implementing action plans to maintain assets' value and performance. Organize and deliver impactful events and community initiatives to elevate the resident experience. Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in property management with exceptional knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and maintenance standards. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, bringing exceptional customer service skills to the role. Medium to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and industry–related systems knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders. Self–motivated, proactive, and a problem–solver who thrives under pressure, maintaining excellent attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
