We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Multi Trader to join our small team.

Job description:

As a multi trader you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving properties to join our team.

Conducting repairs and maintenance task in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance
Responding to service request in a timely and friendly manner
Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborating with our team members and contractors to achieve project goals
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and addressing there concerns with professionalism
Working alone

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader in a social housing or similar enviorement
Relevant trade qualififcations in plumbing, carpentry or another related field
Knowledge of health safety regulations and compliance
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

Skills

Plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance skills
Ability to work alone or part of aa team
Time management skilss to prioritize task and meet deadlines
