Job Title: Multi Trader – Voids

Area: Dartford

Pay: 20 per hour + van & fuel card

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative.

My client, a leading Social Housing contractor are currently seeking to a Multi Trader to work on their Repairs and Maintenance contract within void properties. This is a temp to perm role. Van and fuel card will be provided. Pay is weekly.

Duties will include:

Basic plumbing Basic carpentry Paneling Tiling Patch lastering Requirements:

Social housing/High volume works experience Multi Trade experience Driving licence
