Mortgage Underwriter – Fully Remote

An established mortgage lender is looking for an Underwriter to join their growing team. This is a homebased contract working for a lender that pride themselves on looking after their team.

As a Mortgage Underwriter, you will work efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail to underwrite new mortgage applications. You will play a key role in a busy and thriving team that specialise in the Buy to Let mortgage space. You will build excellent working relationships across the business with the brokers and be a point of contact for customers and lenders too.

What you'll need!

– BTL Portfolio, HMO, Multi Unit Block experience in underwriting essential. Must have experience in LTD company lending too.

– CeMap qualified ideal; if you're not, then our client is happy to support study!

– Previously held a minimum mandate of GBP250k
