Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Location - Rochester

Salary - 30k basic + 20% commission

Company

We are working with a WOM brokerage based in Rochester. They have recently opened a and a new high street store so all leads come through the door, or organically through referrals, word of mouth and the website. They specialise in Self-employed Mortgages, Limited Company but also cover First Time Buyers, BTL, Home Movers and HNW mortgages. You will also do the protection side of things as well.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Responsibilities;

Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage ratesStay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulationsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesMust be able to manage own diaryRequirements to become a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;

Previous Mortgage & protection Advisor experience essentialFully CeMAP qualified or equivalentMust be able to manage own workload and stay organisedBenefits of a being a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;
