Role Overview:

* Position: First Charge Mortgage Case Manager

* Location: Office-based role in Horwich, Bolton (must be able to commute)

* Visa Requirement: Must have a full UK working visa

* Salary:

* Starting at £23,000 per annum, rising to £25,000 per annum after probation

* Industry: Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a pipeline of first charge mortgage applications through to completion.

Underwrite cases in accordance with lender criteria after a full review.

Carry out administrative tasks and communicate with customers throughout the process.

Gather information from third parties, such as mortgage companies, solicitors, accountants, and surveyors.

Contribute to additional tasks as directed by management.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

Proven experience of working successfully towards sales targets.

Outbound call experience, either current or recent.

Ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and training.

Experience working in a busy environment.

Ability to work in a compliant manner and demonstrate achievements in various competencies.

Desirable:

* Experience in a regulated finance company.

* Background in the first charge mortgage market.

* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package and bespoke software.

* Experience working in teams as well as individually.

* CeMap Level 1 qualification (working towards Full CeMap).
