Vacancy: MORTGAGE BROKER & PROTECTION ADVISOR Residential Estate Agency

Location: Twickenham, TW1

Salary: OTE GBP60k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Mortgage Broker & Protection Advisor: This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and practicing Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy, whole of market Financial Services company, linked closely to a local independent Estate Agency with several local branches in the Morden area.

The right candidate can take advantage of both hot leads and a well–maintained and extensive client database.

The successful candidate must have previous experience as Mortgage or Financial Advisor, be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; be an excellent communicator who has great attention to detail and the ability to spot opportunities. You must be able to demonstrate that you are self–motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.

More importantly, we are looking for an individual with the vision to move the Financial Services division forward and build on the current business levels, as well as having the ability to provide exceptional customer care.

In order to apply for this role you MUST have CAS (Competent Advisor Status) and CeMAP (or equivalent qualification) and must be able to write Protection policies. This is not a training role so candidates who are not immediately able to write business will not be considered.
