This independent mortgage brokerage has recently started working with a busy estate agents so they are looking for an experience mortgage and protection advisor to join their team. Your leads will come directly from the estate agency. They are a whole of market brokerage based in Preston.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Having consultations with mortgage enquiries.Communicating with mortgage lenders.Getting information through fact-finding sessions with clients.Staying up to date with market conditions.Managing the company's CRM system.Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experienceCeMAP requiredGood communication skillsProfessional telephone mannerBenefits of a being a Mortgage Advisor;
