Mortgage Advisor

Location - Fareham

Company

We are working with a very well established WOM broker based in Hampshire. You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support. The leads are strong, with high fee potential and in turn you will be putting through high levels of business (writing 20k+ per month isn't unusual here). They have an excellent company culture and a low turnover of staff.

To note; you would do 2 late starts per week and finish at 4pm every Friday. It mostly Monday-Friday, but once a month there will be a Saturday shift.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage ratesStay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulationsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesWork towards KPIs and other targetsRequirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

Previous Mortgage Advisor experienceFully CeMAP qualified or equivalentMust be able to manage own workload and stay organisedBenefits of a being a Mortgage Advisor;
