Title: Mortgage Administrator

Location: Nottingham

Salary - 22k - 25k

We are working with a WOM brokerage who specialise in First time buyers, BTL/HMO, Home movers and Protection. They are looking for someone to join a small team in their high street store in Nottingham so ideally you would be based in or around this area. There is also amazing potential to progress into an advisor.

Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;

Process loan applications from initial contact through to completionMaintaining communication with clients throughout the process.Ensuring all data and documentation is uploaded to the company's systems, with a high level of accuracyEstablishing and maintaining relationships with the advisors as you support them day to dayPackaging and submitting cases to the appropriate lenderExperience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;

Strong IT skillsExcellent communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work as part of a teamCapability to meet deadlines and work under pressureGood time management skillsBenefits of a being a Mortgage Administrator;
