The Role We are seeking ambitious Mid-Senior level Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about the Automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your comprehensive understanding of the Automotive sector to attract and place top talent across a range of roles (from technicians to senior management).Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and clients.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.Leverage your extensive candidate network to build talent pipelines, ensuring prompt delivery to meet client demands.Work closely with the senior management team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Stay informed on industry trends, advising clients on market conditions to help them stay ahead of the competition.

What We re Looking For:

Experience: A proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the Automotive sector.Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Automotive roles and client needs, with a focus on delivery and growth.Networking: A strong candidate and client network within the Automotive industry.Client Relationships: Demonstrable ability to manage and grow key client accounts, providing exceptional service.Ambition: A drive to succeed, with a focus on cultivating long-term relationships and business growth.
