MET Technician – Established Body Shop, Woodford Green

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 (DOE) + Generous Bonuses

Hours: 40 hours per week, No Weekends!

Alecto Recruitment is working with a well–established Body Shop in the Woodford Green area, and we're looking for a skilled MET Technician who can bring their expertise and a "can–do" attitude to this busy, dynamic environment. Complete MET duties to a high standard, including dismantling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to manufacturer specifications.Perform polishing and minor body repairs, ensuring vehicles look as good as new.Work efficiently and collaboratively with the rest of the Body Shop team to meet deadlines and quality standards.Optionally assist with vehicle estimates, although estimator experience is a plus, it's not essential.What We're Looking For:

MET qualified with hands–on experience in a Body Shop environment.A well–rounded technician who enjoys taking on a variety of tasks from polishing to repairing.Attention to detail and pride in delivering top–quality work.Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast–paced setting.A proactive attitude, with a desire to grow and learn new skills.If you're looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you can thrive in a supportive, skilled team – we want to hear from you!
