They are a Health and Safety Consultancy and have been working in the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental industry for over 15 years covering many different sectors. They look after organisations and businesses of any shape and size, and they offer practical and innovative solutions keeping them safe, compliant and profitable.

They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in media and marketing. The successful candidate will assist in various advertising projects, focusing on business marketing strategies and social media management. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful advertising campaigns. This position will encompass Executive Assistant duties reporting directly to the Company Directors. Please see the key requirements of the role detailed below.

Duties:

Development and execution of media advertising campaigns; brand building.Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for various platforms, producing shorts and reels.Utilise social media management tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Prepare reports on campaign performance, analysing data to inform future strategies.Writing and producing presentations.Maintain organised records of project documentation and communications.All standard Executive Assistant duties.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.Proficient in project management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Knowledge of B2B marketing principles, particularly within the rail and construction sector (but not essential).Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with clients and team members.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.Experience or familiarity with social media management practices is highly desirable.Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in Marketing/Business, or with equivalent work experience.
