Overview of the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator at Tuffa Tanks will be central to enhancing our digital presence, planning and executing marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, experienced in digital marketing, and proficient in generating/maintaining website content and AdWords to increase our brand’s online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Execution:

* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

* Manage our website technically and written content to improve search engine rankings and PPC campaigns via Google AdWords to increase traffic and generate leads.

Content Development and Management:

* Write and curate weekly engaging content for our website, case studies & social media channels ensuring it aligns with our brand strategy.

* Design content for electronic and hard copy media that effectively communicates our brand, its products and benefits to a diverse audience.

CRM and Email Marketing:

* Utilise HubSpot CRM to manage email campaigns and automate marketing processes.

* Utilise HubSpot CRM to maintain customer data, track and analyse customer interactions, and maximise campaign impact.

* Create and dispatch weekly email campaigns and monthly newsletters, monitor their performance and optimise marketing strategies based on analytics.

Innovation and Copywriting:

* Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials and digital platforms including product brochures, data sheets, industry publications & product guides.

* Employ AI driven marketing systems to generate targeted content and recommendations, improve efficiency, streamline processes and increase content frequency.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, AdWords, and content creation.

* Strong ability with CRM platforms, HubSpot CRM is preferable but not mandatory.

* Excellent writing skills, with experience in copywriting and editing newsletters and email campaigns.

* Good IT knowledge with a strong proficiency in handling modern marketing tools.

* Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive marketing objectives, supplying electronic and hard copy content for the sales team in the form of pricelists, promotions and product informational material.

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
