Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 + Excellent Benefits (Bonus OTE £40,000 +)

The Company: Our Client, a global sports clothing and merchandise company, excels in supporting major international events, businesses, and charities with custom-made products and branding. Their commitment to enhancing their presence in long-term growth markets through proprietary product development and strategic investments in people and facilities

The Role: Due to sustained continued expansion they are now looking for a Marketing Assistant whose primary responsibilities will include:

* Plan and execute mailer, digital and social media campaigns

* Effectively manage and publish content in line with the marketing strategies for each market segment

* Manage content on all social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram and Twitter

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* Educated to A Level / HNC in Business Studies / Marketing / Administration or be Time Served with relevant experience

* Proven sales / marketing experience in a related industry desired but not essential

You will be self motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of £25,000 to £32,000 (dependant on experience) plus excellent prospects (Bonus OTE £40,000 +) and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
