The Managing Director job itself where you will support and subsequently take over from the owner who is looking to retire in a full–scope MD role: Overseeing daily operations, strategic direction, and business growth. To be successful as Managing Director MD, you need to have a good business head and be able to manage the entire company. Plus a healthy mix of the following:

Proven experience in senior management, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or stone masonry industries. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
