Position for a Maintenance Team Leader looking for an off-tools & autonomous role, managing a team of mechanical engineers across a large manufacturing plant.

In this position you will manage a team of 8, overseeing the proactive & reactive maintenance on a large & complex manufacturing plant. You will be completely off tools and work closely with the Head of Engineering developing maintenance strategies & driving continuous improvements.
