Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 + Package

Location: Ripley

Sector: Offsite Construction

I am looking to speak to experienced multi skilled maintenance professionals to join an innovative offsite manufacturer in the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong experience and understanding of CNC machinery to work collaboratively with a range of internal teams coordinating and carrying out all maintenance duties to ensure the business is operating at optimum output.

Required Skills, Experience & Attributes:

Proficiency with CNC machinery, specifically, including diagnosing issues and axis calibration.Strong diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Recognised qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.Proficient with Windows–based software to manage digital maintenance records.Primary Responsibilities:

Lead hands–on maintenance, collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless operations.Increase equipment uptime by implementing preventive maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks.Maintain expertise across engineering disciplines, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.Oversee procurement for parts and spares, adhering to budget guidelines.Coordinate with external contractors for equipment inspections and repairs.The Package: Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 + Pension, Flexible Benefits Package & more.
